All ERP data is stored on the servers of the ERP Provider, not on ARB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE’s servers. Therefore:

• ARB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not control the ERP infrastructure
• ARB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not store ERP-associated data internally
• ARB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE does not manage ERP backups or server security

Liability for Data Breach / Technical Issues

In case of:

• Data leak
• Unauthorized access
• Server outage
• System malfunction
• Loss of data
• Payment gateway errors

Any of the above arising from ERP Provider–side issues, A.R. Bhatt Educational Institute shall not be held responsible or liable.

Payment Gateway Disclaimer

All payments through ERP are processed by the Payment Gateway integrated by the ERP Provider. ARB EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE:

• Does not store payment credentials
• Cannot control payment gateway failures
• Is not liable for gateway/server errors
